Why do you pay your staff?

PetRescue is an Australian animal welfare charity with a small team of paid staff who create, develop and deliver our platform, programs and services.

Our people bring the specialist skills needed to run PetRescue’s technology, programs, communications, fundraising and day-to-day operations, helping us support pets and the people who care for them across Australia.

Like other charities, PetRescue pays its staff for the work they do. We use external not-for-profit remuneration benchmarking to inform our approach to pay and support a sustainable organisation that can continue delivering its work.
