Is my pet eligible for Home2Home?
Your pet may be eligible for Home2Home if they meet the following criteria:
- You are able to care for your pet for at least six weeks while we assist you to find them a new home. This allows time for listing your pet’s adoption profile, adoption enquiries, meet-and-greets and finalising the adoption process. Many pets can take longer than this to find a new home, so if you’re unable to continue caring for your pet during this time, you may need to make alternative arrangements.
- Your pet is vaccinated, desexed and microchipped at the time of listing, and you can provide this paperwork.

If your pet has any chronic or existing health conditions, these should be stable and well managed, with a vet patient history available to help their new family understand their needs and continue their care with confidence.
