How can I respond to enquiries for my pet via Home2Home?
If you receive an enquiry, you can directly respond to enquiries from adopters via your email client (eg. Gmail, Outlook, Big Pond etc.). Each time your pet gets an enquiry, you will receive an email from PetRescue. To reply to an enquirer, simply reply to the email as you would normally, and this reply will go to the enquirer.
It’s recommended that you try and reply to enquiries within seven days.
