How do I delete my account?

To delete your account via the website:

• Sign in to PetRescue.com.au
• From the menu, go to ‘my account’ and click on 'account settings'.
• Click on the red link at the bottom of the page, 'cancel account'. 
• This will prompt you through the closure of your PetRescue account.

Cancelling your account means that your public profile information will no longer be visible. 

Unsubscribe from the PetRescue Post newsletter

If you’d like to unsubscribe from the PetRescue Post monthly newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or contact us at info@petrescue.com.au.

Delete pet alerts

To delete your pet alerts, sign in to your PetRescue account and open the menu. If you scroll down to 'My account' and select 'Alerts', this will show you all the alerts you have created. Underneath each alert you should see a link that says 'delete alert' and if you click on this you will be prompted to delete the alert.
