How can I report offensive or spam enquiries?

The PetRescue community is not just about kindness to pets - it’s about kindness to people as well. That goes for conversations involving the public, members, or the PetRescue team.

We know occasionally, things can take a turn, so we’ve introduced the ability to report abusive, misleading or spam enquiries.

If you receive an offensive or spam enquiry, you can now report it using the Report enquiry button in the particular conversation in the top right-hand corner.

The PetRescue team will then review the reported conversation. We’ve also added functionality to block abusive or spam messages, so if you would like to stop this enquirer from reaching out to you via PetRescue, please let us know by reaching out to our friendly team at members@petrescue.org.au, and we can assist you from there.
