Why haven't I received my emails from PetRescue?
Emails can sometimes be finicky, and while we do our best to deliver them safely and on time, there are some factors outside of our control that can impact your getting emails from us:
- Check your spam/trash. Some email clients will mistakingly put us in the bin. The best way to avoid this is to tell your email client that we aren't spam and for our emails to not go into your spam folder
- Check if you have any inbox rules that might be opening or moving our emails to another folder.
- Check that you aren't automatically blocking emails from petrescue.com.au or petrescue.org.au. If you are using a work email, you may want to check with your IT department on this.
- Make sure you're inbox isn't full. If its full, you won't be able to receive any emails from us!
- If possible, use a more reputable email service. Microsoft (Office 365) or Google (Gmail) are good options. Some internet service providers like Bigpond offer their own email service, but these are not often well maintained, so be wary.
- If your email hasn't been able to be delivered a couple of times, we will automatically stop sending you any further emails. If you think this has been happening for a while, you can get in touch with us, and we'll see if you have been added to the block list.
