Why hasn't my new rescue group account been activated yet?
PetRescue member applications require a reference check through a veterinarian in your area. It can sometimes take a little while for your vet to respond to our email, so sending them a friendly reminder can speed up the process.
Once we receive the vet’s confirmation, your account will be fully activated. You will be notified via email and given full access to log into the PetRescue member area and start listing your pets.
