Why hasn't my new rescue group account been activated yet?

PetRescue member applications require a reference check through your preferred veterinarian to confirm your organisation’s validity. It can sometimes take a little while for your vet to respond to our email, so sending them a friendly reminder can help to speed up the process.

Once we receive the vet’s confirmation, your account will be activated. You will be notified via email and provided full access to log into the PetRescue member area and start listing your pets.
