Archive conversations in your PetRescue inbox

If you have conversations piling up in your PetRescue inbox, you can easily organise and file these away using the Archive feature. 

To do this, click on the conversation you want to archive and select 'Archive Conversation' in the top right corner.

And just like that - all your archived conversations will be stored safely and out of your way so that you can focus on active enquiries without dealing with the anxiety of a flooded mailbox.

If you receive a new message in any of the archived conversations, they’ll go straight back into your Unread conversations so that you don’t miss any important updates!

It's important to note your conversations won’t disappear completely if you archive them! To find your archived conversations go to My Pet Enquiries on the main toolbar, then click ‘Archived’ in the left-hand column to view.

Note, if you do archive a conversation accidentally, there is also the open to un-archive after, if required. This button can be found in the exact same spot as the initial Archive button within the conversation.
