If you have forgotten or wish to reset your password, you can reset your password for your PetRescue account here.

Please note: you will require access to the email used to create your account, as the link to reset your password will be sent here.

If you don't have access to the original email address used to create your account, reach out to one of our friendly team members at members@petrescue.org.au, and we can help you regain access to your account. 

To verify it's you, we may need you to confirm some details on your Group Profile, such as:

• the name of your primary contact listed on your Group profile
• the email address and/or contact number linked to your Group profile
• the address listed on your Group profile
