"Upload failed" when uploading photo/video

Sometimes uploads can fail if the file is really big or you have a slow internet connection. If you see an 'upload failed' error message when you attempt to add a photo or video to a pet listing, please review the following instructions:

If you don't know what browse or version you're running, go to What’sMyBrowser to confirm. If you're running Internet Explorer - we strongly recommend downloading & installing Google Chrome - it's free, safe and vastly superior to Internet Explorer. Once you've downloaded Chrome, please use it to access the PetRescue platform, and you should be fine from there. You can download Google Chrome here.

If you're running a browser other than Internet Explorer and still experiencing this problem, please contact us at members@petrescue.org.au detailing what error you're experiencing and what browser and device (mobile, Mac, windows) you are using, and our friendly team will be able to help out!
