Setting an adoption fee

PetRescue believes a responsible rehoming program includes desexing, vaccinating and microchipping. This sends a strong message to the community about responsible pet ownership and care.

Visitors to PetRescue expect to pay an adoption fee, and most individuals are aware that this fee helps to offset the cost of veterinary and rehoming expenses incurred by your organisation.

Should your organisation have set adoption fees, you may wish to include these in your group’s Adoption Details section, which can be found and edited on your Group Profile. Please see this article here on how to update this field. This section will also appear on each pet's listing below the About this Pet section.

You can set and display the adoption fee on each pet’s listing. This field can be found in the Adoption Details section, as shown below:
