Updating the status of multiple pets listings at once (bulk status update)

Did you know you can change the status of multiple listings without having to go into each individual listing?

Simply click on ‘Manage My Pets’ on your toolbar and select the checkbox next to the pet's listing you wish to update, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and follow the prompts to ‘Update status of selected listings to’.

For example, I've rehomed six kittens over the weekend and want to update their status on PetRescue to reflect this. I find and select the check box of each kitten on the Manage My Pets page. I select the status of ‘Adopted’ and click ‘Update’. These kittens can now be found under my adopted listings.

Bulk message update to enquirers

After updating a pet's status, you will then see a pop up with a preview message to send to all enquirers about this update in the pet's status. To find out more about this feature, please click here.
