How do I pause my group account?

Did you know you can temporarily put your PetRescue account on hold?

There are several situations where pausing your account may also come in handy. Some examples of situations where members may wish to pause their group profiles include during:

  • Closures or breaks (such as Christmas, New Year, Easter etc.)
  • Natural disasters (such as floods or bushfires)
  • Team adjustments (such as loss of volunteers, changing of management or re-appointment of board members)
  • Hardships (such as restrictions in capacity, financial difficulties, or veterinary restrictions)
  • Personal situations (such as hospitalisation, loss of rescue members or family, travel, or just when a break is required!)

Putting your account on hold will temporarily remove your pets and your group profile from the Rescue Directory. However, once re-activated - all existing data will be retained.

Please reach out to one of our team members to pause your group profile via members@petrescue.org.au. It’s also just as easy to reactivate your account again when you choose. Simply reach out and let us know!
