Why can’t I see all conversations and pet listings?

If you’re having trouble seeing conversations from potential adopters, this may be because of your access level.

PetRescue has two account types with different access levels for its member organisations. 

The two account types include Group Members, who have limited access to the pet listings they create and manage and Group Admins, who have full access to all listings and their group account.
