How to remove team members

PetRescue understands that rescue, council or vet clinic teams may change over time, and you may need to remove a team member's account that is linked to your group profile.

How to remove a team member

To remove a team member's account, you will need a user with group ‘admin’ access to update this.

Make sure you are logged into PetRescue, then:


  • Go to 'My Team Members'
  • Click the team members name you wish to remove

  • Once on their account preview, click the red Delete button.

  • You will then be taken to another page where you will need to confirm you would like to delete/remove the team member's account. Select Delete.

As highlighted in the image above, when you delete a team member's account, their account on PetRescue will be deleted, and they will no longer have access to your group.
